Everything was great! Food was cooked to perfection. Our server was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful. She checked on us often and took great care of us. We will definitely be back!

The honey drizzled breaded chicken tastes great! They cooked the broccoli perfect and the mashed sweet potato was yummy too. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. There was no wait to be seated. We would go back next time we are in the area.
I went to the ocharleys in Harrison Ohio on 3/26/25 at 2:15 pm and was seated and was not greeted for 15-20 minutes, I told the hostess and was moved to the bar area where I was promptly greeted by the waitress, Jennie who gave me great service and made me feel like a valued customer. The food was good and served quickly. Overall this was a great experience!
O'Charley's in Harrison was SO good! This was the first time I had ever been to an O'Charley's, and now I'm hooked! We went for dinner, and even though the parking lot was very full, there was no wait. I got a salad with their chicken on it, and it was amazing! The chicken was tender with a perfect crunch, the salad was very fresh, the vinegarette was the perfect sweetness, and it was an all-around amazing dish. I even ate the other half of it cold the next day, and it was still delicious! Their potato skins were also killer! They were baked perfectly, lots of toppings, and exactly how you want them every time. They also have free roles that are good. I absolutely recommend coming in if you're nearby! I will drive 30 minutes just to come get it because it's that good! It also has a fun buzzing energy and a laid-back atmosphere. It was warm, welcoming, and exactly what I wanted for a night out.
We visited here around 7pm on 6/22. Clara was our server and she was amazing! The kitchen accidentally made a mistake on our order (no big deal-accidents happen) and Clara was so kind and generous and had them fix it. Food turned out delicious once it was fixed! The manager (a tall gentleman) came out and apologized and was so kind to us as well. It was awesome to see the manager out physically helping his employees by running food and cleaning tables as well! Best experience we have had here and we definitely will be back!
had a wonderful mothers day meal here yesterday, so good, our waiter was such a nice guy and the pretty girl with the pink bow in her hair really did an amazing job also. the entire staff needs a big thank you!
We had a wonderful dinner! Sheila was our server and we absolutely loved her! She took her time answering questions and was so nice! Especially with our boy’s. Thank you for being an awesome human. Also, thank you to the staff that sat us to help her teammates even though she was off the clock. I love the fried pickles here.
